How do you rescue
my lost data?

We use a process called data recovery to retrieve lost or reformatted data from your computer.

In most cases, even after data has been deleted, reformatted or corrupted, the original file still exists; it’s just not visible to you. Data recovery locates and extracts the lost information.

Never assume data is unrecoverable.

Data recovery works on all media types (floppy disks, CDs, ZIP drives, memory cards, flash drives etc.), regardless of format.

There are two kinds of data recovery:
  • Physical hard drive recovery
If your drive makes unexpected noises when you attempt to access data.
  • Logical data recovery
If your drive won't boot, isn't accessible or was accidentally reformatted; or if files were accidentally deleted.

What caused my data loss?

Data loss can be caused by:
  • Operating system failure (Windows, UNIX, NetWare)
  • Failure of hard drive components
  • Software malfunctions
  • Human error (accidentally deleting or reformatting data)
  • Virus
  • Natural disasters (flood, fire)
  • Impact (I just dropped my laptop!)
  • Power surge or lightening

Prevent Future Data Loss

  • Backup your hard drive!
  • Install a virus protection program and continually update it.
  • Keep your computer in running smoothly by running maintenance and utilities programs regularly.

What to do when you experience data loss:

  • Do not continue using the device that is experiencing problems. This is the most important step.

If you continue to use the device, there’s a good chance you will write over the lost data and we may not be able to restore it.
  • Avoid attempting to recover data yourself using inexpensive data recovery software programs.

While most disk utilities provide excellent preventative maintenance by fixing minor problems, they can render data unrecoverable in the event of extreme corruption. In addition, many of the low-cost programs may not recover all your data, and some cause more harm than good.
  • Consult a professional data recovery service. That’s us!

When your data is extremely important or irreplaceable, don’t try to do it yourself.

We’re here to help. We restore data and piece of mind.

All Data Retrieval Charges are Non-Refundable.
